thermo circulator arrived
Yesterday we got our thermo-circulator. It took no more than 10 minutes to unpack it, read the manual and get it up and running. Vaccum packed some salmon and dropped it into the water bath. First thing we noticed was that it did not hold the temperature. So after reading the manual again and some trouble shooting without any positive results I called Polytech Science today. They ware very helpful and offered me to have the unit sent back to fix it and have it back within the next 10 buiness days. So today it went out.
Well I guess we have to wait.
